We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays so enquiries received on a Saturday evening or Sunday will be responded to on Monday morning. Where possible we aim to respond sooner — WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

We do not take bookings on Sundays. We are available Monday to Saturday. If you send an enquiry over the weekend we will get back to you on Monday. We recommend booking at least a week in advance as slots fill quickly, particularly at weekends.
